This week's new products: IBC's sugar-free syrups, Carpigiani's ice-cream machine and bee-friendly Avallen calvados
The Italian Beverage Company (IBC) has added four new flavours to its range of Simply Sugar Free syrups: cinnamon, almond, raspberry and strawberry. To serve, stir through coffees, cocktails, mocktails, shakes and smoothies or use as an ingredient in desserts and baking recipes. IBC's Simply Sugar Free syrups are vegan approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Equipment and workwear supplier Russums has a new partnership with the Chefi brand, founded by executive chef Jasbir Jazz Dawar of the Hilton London Heathrow hotel, with the introduction of Chefi's signature leather knife roll. The Carol knife rolls are hand-crafted from buffalo leather and suede, with a capacity for nine small knives at 28cm in length.
RedLeg has added a caramelised pineapple rum to its range, perfect with plenty of ice and a dash of gomme syrup, topped with tonic water and a squeeze of lime.

Carpigiani has launched the new Ready 14 20 Gelato countertop ice-cream machine. It is capable of pasteurising, and freezing and can produce between 14kg-20kg of finished product per hour.

Cambro's GoBags have been developed to help protect food quality and temperature while it is being delivered to the customer. Constructed from sturdy 600-denier polyester breathable fabric to control moisture and odours, the high-density insulation keeps food hot or cold during holding or delivery. The bags are available as either side-loading pizza bags or top-loading catering bags.

Avallen calvados has been created by Tim Etherington-Judge and Stephanie Jordan, who are launching the spirit with a #BeePositive message, donating €0.50 (43p) for every bottle sold towards organisations that restore and protect bee habitats. Avallen (40% ABV), described as "fresh, fruity and proudly apple-forward", is aged in French oak barrels for two years and has no added sugar, caramel or boisé (a wood extract that can be used to add colour to calvados).
