The Italian Beverage Company (IBC) has added four new flavours to its range of Simply Sugar Free syrups: cinnamon, almond, raspberry and strawberry. To serve, stir through coffees, cocktails, mocktails, shakes and smoothies or use as an ingredient in desserts and baking recipes. IBC's Simply Sugar Free syrups are vegan approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Equipment and workwear supplier Russums has a new partnership with the Chefi brand, founded by executive chef Jasbir Jazz Dawar of the Hilton London Heathrow hotel, with the introduction of Chefi's signature leather knife roll. The Carol knife rolls are hand-crafted from buffalo leather and suede, with a capacity for nine small knives at 28cm in length.

Carpigiani has launched the new Ready 14 20 Gelato countertop ice-cream machine. It is capable of pasteurising, and freezing and can produce between 14kg-20kg of finished product per hour.
