Garland XPress Grill
The new XPress Grill by Garland from Manitowoc Foodservice is the next generation in two-sided cooking, where the upper and lower grill plates cook both sides of the food simultaneously. Each grill lane is equipped with five independently controlled temperature sensors coupled with rapid heat recovery and pre-heat features.

Gigglewater
Gigglewater, whose name is taken from a playful term from 1920s America for alcohol, is a new sparkling wine that aims to take on the Prosecco and sparkling wine category. The company produces a Gigglewater Prosecco DOC and a Gigglewater Frizzante Secco, which is also available in 20cl cans.

Grant Harrington handcrafted butter
Grant Harrington produces handcrafted, cultured butter from Lords Farm, Oxfordshire. The butter is made in small batches from Jersey cow milk, which has a bacteria culture (lactobacillus) and Himalayan pink rock salt added to produce a rich, creamy butter complemented by complex, acidic notes.

Dispense Amaro
Dispense Amaro is a spiced and aromatic liqueur that is perfect as a digestif or a refreshing aperitif. The spirit is made from a blend of 24 botanicals and a signature vermouth produced from British Pinot Noir, supplied by the Gusbourne Estate in Kent.

Wonky drinks
Wonky drinks are made from misshapen fruit and veg and packaged in bottles that reduce waste by 60% compared with plastic. The drinks come in flavours including strawberry and apple, beetroot and apple, and chokeberry and apple. The juices are cold-pressed and packaged at ambient temperature, meaning they are safe to consume for up to 10 days after opening.
