This week's new products: Dualit CaféPro, Tipplesworth mixers and Joe & Seph's Simply range

The new CaféPro capsule machine from British manufacturer Dualit is perfect for small cafés, boutique hotels, pubs, workplace canteens, spas and salons. It allows a variety of beverages to be prepared with a double-brew head and 20 bar pressure, and can extract two espressos or lungos at the same time in seconds. A boiler-operated steam function and individually controlled steam wand allow simultaneous texturisation of the milk.

The Tideford Organics range is organic, vegan, gluten-free and nut-free, made in small batches. Its range of catering soups come in cases of three 2kg poly-bottles, which are easy to store, decant and recycle, and are also suitable for freezing. The range includes Italian tomato and red pepper soup; red lentil, apricot and chilli soup; and minestrone with gluten-free pasta.

Hartwall Original Long Drink, a mix of Finnish premium gin with a tang of grapefruit soda, is now being supplied by Royal Unibrew across the UK. Known as Lonkero (Finnish for "long drink") in Finland, the cocktail in a can has a 5.5% ABV.

Automatic rear-mounted 500-watt heaters and fans circulate warm air around the Hendi food dehydrator. The air is blown horizontally across the six trays (nine trays are also an option) for an even, consistent result, and an adjustable thermostat allows precise dehydration temperatures between 35°C and 70°C.

Popcorn kitchen Joe & Seph's has launched a new Simply range in the UK, with Simply Sweet & Salty and Simply Salted. Handmade in Joe & Seph's north London kitchen, each packet contains fewer than 100 calories and is completely free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar.

The new 1830 series from US conveyor oven manufacturer Edge is now available in the UK from Jestic. The Edge 1830 features a 30in cooking chamber and an 18in belt width, allowing multiple dishes to be cooked simultaneously. A patented iHeat burner and ignition system gives precision control of both gas and combustion air for more efficiency.

Wine supplier Morgenrot has added five Spanish gins to its range, including Gin VolcÁ nic from the Garrotxa region in Catalonia with botanicals provided by Ratafia Russet. These elements give the gin its identity and helped it win silver in the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The other new gins are Carnation Gin from Granada, Sorel Barcelona, Level Gin, and Macaronesian White Gin from the Canary Islands.
