Caterers can tap into the healthy Mediterranean lifestyle with four new tapas products from Lamb Weston/Meijer of the Netherlands that are made from natural ingredients and don't require a fryer.
The handmade range that comes ready to defrost and serve includes Mozzarella and Spicy Olive and Mozzarella and Sun-dried Tomato - both threaded on skewers - along with Pasta Gorgonzola and Sun-dried Tomato and Tortelloni Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato.
Available from wholesalers, all are supplied in boxes of 60, or in a mixed box containing 15 of each of the four flavours.
