Tabasco British Oyster Opening Competition winner announced

The winner of the 21st Tabasco British Oyster opening competition held at London's J Sheekey Oyster Bar and hosted by chef Brian Turner and fiery MasterChef contestant Janet Street Porter has been announced as Sam Tamsanguan of Wiltons Restaurant, London.
Tamsanguan opened and presented 30 oysters in three minutes 23 seconds. Frederik Lindfors from The Fish Shop, London placed a close second at four minutes and 20 seconds and Michael Heins from seafood restaurant Scott's scored third, a progression from tenth place last year with four minutes and 28 seconds.
