Sysco Speciality Group creates fresh hospitality offering

Sysco Speciality Group will bring together five specialist businesses: Fresh Direct, M&J Seafood, Freshfayre, Wild Harvest and KFF.

Each company supplies fresh produce, fish, deli, ingredients and regional food, and will deliver supplies under the Sysco banner.

Sysco Speciality Group has the backing of foodservice company Sysco, which has invested in increasing stock levels and in improving technology, logistics and infrastructure.
