SeftonHornWinch is set to expand with its first satellite office

Foodservice design consultancy SeftonHornWinch is set to expand with its first satellite office due to open on 1 April 2014.

Operating under a franchise agreement, SHW West Ltd, near Bristol, the new office will be run by Derek White (pictured) of Food Service Consultants, an independent design consultancy.

This move will enable SHW to extend their consultancy, currently focused in and around London across the UK with local representation.

White is an executive member of the FCSI and a member of the Institute of Hospitality and has vast experience and a varied portfolio, which includes corporate headquarters, Oxford colleges and branded hotels and restaurants.

Gareth Sefton, consultant partner of SeftonHornWinch, said: "Derek is a proven professional within our industry and will be an immediate asset to SHW. We look forward to expanding the business with him on-board."
