Fresh, ready-made soups from Redemption are made from locally-sourced ingredients where possible and cooked by hand in small batches to control taste and flavour.

They are marketed under four key ranges - Simple (traditional soups); House (staple flavours); Specials; and chunky Robust recipes, illustrated respectively by Redemption's Burns Scotch Broth, Broccoli & Leek, Smokin' Chicken and Chipottle Meatball options.

The group has a flavour for every season - for instance, a springtime Minestrone, a summer Yellow Pepper and Stilton, the autumnal Carrot, Apple & Celery; and the winter-warming Chestnut and Wild Mushroom.

There are plenty of options for vegetarians and gluten-free lines for coeliacs, including Carrot & Coriander, Chickpea & Spinach, and Leek & Potato.

The soups are sold in 4kg food service packs.
