Seal counter-top food merchandisers from Lincat

There are 67 models to choose from in Lincat's Seal range of counter-top food merchandisers, which cover all requirements for heated, refrigerated or ambient display.

Designed to enhance food display, improve customer spend and blend into the environment, Seal units are built for durability and reliability and are rigorously tested in purpose-built temperature- and humidity-controlled facilities.

All back or self-service sizes in the 650mm, 500mm and 350mm ranges will hold food at 3-7°C in ambient conditions of up to 32°C and 70% relative humidity, surpassing the requirements of ISO 23953, class 4M2.

Heated units will hold food at a minimum 72°C, well in excess of food safety requirements, while a humidity feature prevents the food from drying out.
