Scone and cake mixes and fudge icings from Dawn Foods

A Traditional Scone Mix and a new line of Baker's Select cake premixes from Dawn Foods require only the addition of water.

The scone mix, available in 12.5kg packs that yield 300 x 60g scones, can be frozen and defrosted once made. The cake mixes, also sold in 12.5kg packs, contain no hydrogenated fats or nuts and offer a wide variety of flavours that include chocolate, coffee, vanilla, farmhouse and toffee indulgence with real toffee pieces, along with three fruit flavours - orange, strawberry and lemon - with real fruit pieces.

Also new is a four-strong line-up of fudge icing toppings in orange, lemon, strawberry and coffee flavours that are sold in 7kg pails.
