SauceOut is the first new line to emerge from Kirkcaldy-based Innovate Foods (formerly Golden Crumb Produce) under its new name. It offers button mushrooms in sauce that can be teamed with meat, baked potatoes or baguettes after microwaving from frozen in just two minutes.
The flavour options are Wild Mushroom, Garlic and Herb, and Kashmiri, a mix of coconut, tomato, coriander, garlic and chilli.
The mushrooms are packed in cases of 25 x 100g and have a 12-month shelf life if stored at -18°C.
