Sanyo combi-microwave debut from Valera

Sanyo has made its debut in the commercial combi market with the EMCD 2900. The stainless-steel appliance combines an 800W microwave with a 1300W convection oven and a 900W grill and plugs into a standard 13amp socket.
The EMCD 2900 provides 50 preset programmes of up to three stages each and incorporates a number of energy-saving and safety features such as a compact cavity and automatic shutdown after 15 minutes of inactivity.
The combi-oven has a temperature range between 150°0C and 250°C, a weight of 25kg, and a gross capacity of 18 litres. External dimensions are 315mm high x 520mm wide x 464mm deep, and the price tag is £1,695.
