Product Revamped Hollandaise sauce recipe

Details This classic creamy butter sauce made with egg yolk and lemon juice has been reformulated to meet growing demand for cleaner labelling. The improved recipe avoids MSG; contains no artificial flavours, colours and preservatives; and complies with FSA salt guidelines with an average 3g of salt per 100g serving.

Formats Ambient (freeze-thaw stable) or frozen: both are stable in bains-marie and microwaves.

Use with fish, seafood, asparagus and pasta, or as a neutral base for chef-created dips.

How supplied Ambient - 12 x 1-litre and 10-litre packs; frozen - 24 x 75g sachets.
