Rational UK open new training facilities

Combination oven manufacturer, Rational UK have doubled the capacity of their head office in Luton, to incorporate a new training centre.

An open day was held earlier this month with dealers, service partners, customers, planners and consultants in attendance with a variety of masterclasses held to show-off the facility and equipment.

Pastry chef Claire Clark, presented a petit four master-class, with petit fours prepared in both the SelfCookingCenter and the VarioCooking Center and chef Alan Bird talked the guests through a smoking masterclass using the VarioSmoker, in the SelfCookingCenter, preparing a selection of food, including salmon and scallops.

Simon Lohse, managing director, Rational UK commented "The new purpose-built facility, provides a fantastic centre of excellence for both dealers, service partners, customers and our sales team training. It is a very exciting time for us as we further continue our commitment to all stakeholders, helping to maximise their business opportunities, of which training plays an integral role. "

The expansion includes a purpose-built kitchen including a café concept, a training kitchen and service workshop showcasing a range of Rational and Frima units of various specifications
