Rainbow runners and more from M&J Seafood

Rainbow Runner, a colourful addition to the M&J Seafood menu, is a lesser-known member of the jack family of fish, which includes the amberjack and kingfish. It grows to a size of 15kg in the Indian Ocean to yield a firm, delicately-flavoured flesh. M&J sells the boneless, skin-on supremes in packs of two 150-180g portions or three 180-210g portions.

Also new are the Cured Salmon Rolls made from Orkney salmon in either a juniper marinade or a honey, mustard and dill dressing. They are sold in 1kg tubs of 50-55 rolls.

Other newcomers to the M&J catalogue include Fresh Dressed Devon Crab (198-200g), Fresh South African Hake Fillets (170-250g), and Lemon and Pepper Breaded Pangasius Fillets (in packs of 20 x 170-200g pieces).
