Pressure cookers mark Prestige move into food service

Prestige is a name that has to date been more familiar to domestic appliance customers, but Meyer Commercialware has now launched the brand into the food service sector with two pressure cookers.
This move from the domestic to the specialist market follows feedback from chefs that pressure cookers make great rice cookers, retaining the authentic softness and taste of the grains. The two models come in six and seven litre capacities.
