USP Country Range promises more prawns by weight as it applies a 10% protective glaze to each prawn, so each 2kg bag yields 1.8kg of prawns. This contrasts with the industry practice of using a 25% glaze that yields just 1.5kg of prawns per 2kg bag.
Details The cold water prawns can be grilled, deep fried, stir fried or mixed into a fish pie. They are low in saturated fat and calories and high in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.
