Premier Foodservice warms up for winter

Premier Foodservice has launched a six-month Winter Warmers recipe calendar, which will run from October 2015 through to March 2016 and will offer recipe inspiration, top tips and advice on how the profit sector can make the most of the colder months.

Seasonal occasions such as Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas and Valentine's Day are all covered, with six new recipes using brands such as Bisto, Sharwood's, Homepride and McDougalls.

Sarah Robb, channel marketing manager, explained: "The Winter Warmers campaign is a first for us and enables us to support caterers with recipes and ideas through a crucial six-month period. We realise it can also be a stressful time in any professional kitchen and at Premier Foods we aim to make life easier for our customers, by providing them with products they can rely on and helpful advice in a format that will keep them organised throughout the winter season."

All recipes within the new calendar are underpinned by independent research carried out by Cambridge Direction on behalf of Premier Foods. Each recipe also includes costings, price per portion and allergen information.
