Pop-up gourmet restaurant to highlight frozen food

The British Frozen Food Federation has teamed up with second- and third-year students from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /?>

London's WestminsterKingswayCollege](http://www.westking.ac.uk/home/Default.aspx) to host a pop-up gourmet restaurant that will serve dishes made only from frozen ingredients. [Atul Kochhar ](http://www.atulkochhar.com/)and Simon Rimmer from BBC2's *Something for the Weekend* cooking programme. N-ice will open for five days (8-12 August) at the VincentRooms on
Vincent Square, Westminster
