Piacere bean-to-cup machine from Sielaff

A precision grinder mechanism lies at the heart of the new Piacere ("pleasure" in Italian) compact bean-to-cup machine from Sielaff - its first model aimed squarely at the food service market.

It offers touch-button delivery of speciality hot drinks (including espresso, cappucino, latte, macchiato and hot chocolate) via a stylish fascia with 10 selection buttons while a four-line display details what functions are being performed.

The two models - Piacere Mono and Piacere Duo - offer one or two grinders. Each has a hot water tap and a height-adjustable swivelling cup shelf that accommodates pots up to 190mm tall.

Optional extras include chilled fresh milk modules; soluble ingredient hoppers for chocolate, flavouring or whitener; cup warmer module; lockable bean hoppers; an extra grinder; a waste bin for coffee grounds; a plumbed drain; and a cashless payment system module.
