Patisserie Valerie puts gluten-free products on the menu

Patisserie Valerie has broadened its product range in a bid to meet growing demand as the company continues to rapidly expand throughout the country.

The chain, which will open in its 90th location this month, has made a conscious effort to listen to its customers and has introduced a much anticipated gluten-free brownie.

Jon Hassall, UK operations director of Patisserie Valerie, said: "I'm particularly pleased to be able to deliver a tasty product that is not only gluten-free, but is realistically priced and has already seen a great response from our taste testers.

"This introduction of the first of many gluten-free products is part of our ongoing menu development and one we are excited about expanding further in the future".

"Our goal is to not become another faceless corporate chain; we want to remain true to Patisserie Valerie's roots as that single Soho store that opened back in 1926 and share our great products and customer experience across the country".
