Brakes' range of frozen pastries includes Pain Aux Raisins, a fully baked pastry, filled with sultanas and crème pâtissière. Available in packs of 36, the pastries are made with 17% butter and can be thawed for 45 minutes or defrosted in the oven at 200°C for five minutes.

A selection of 48 traditional-style mini Danish pastries comprises equal quantities of the Woodland Fruit Crown, Sweet Apple and Cinnamon Crown, Apricot Diamond and Chocolate Whirl.

Handmade Individual Lemon Tartes have a biscuit crumb case and are filled with lemon custard, glazed with apricot jam and decorated with half a slice of lemon and a sugar dusting. They are supplied in packs of 12.

A Rhubarb Tart is a round pastry case filled with custard and chunks of rhubarb. It is lightly glazed and available individually, with each 1,250g tart yielding 10 x 125g portions.
