Pastry cones from Pidy

Mini Cones are the latest addition to the range of ready-to-fill pastry cases from Pidy that make perfect finger food for alfresco dining.
Made in Europe from waffle or gaufrette pastry, the golden-yellow appetiser cones look like ice-cream cones but are equally suited for savoury fillings such as apple and Roquefort.
They can be filled up to two hours before serving without losing their crispiness and crunch, and are supplied in resealable packs of 112 or 288 cones at a cost of about 10p per cone. They have a shelf life of about six months.
