P069X pizza oven from Lincat

The P069X is the fourth pizza oven to join the Lincat line-up and is the group's largest single-deck model, able to accommodate six 9in pizzas or two 14in pizzas on its fire-brick base.
It can handle fresh dough and deep-pan, thin-crust, part-baked and frozen pizzas along with a variety of other breads such as ciabatta and naan.
The stainless-steel model with insulated doors offers separate heat controls for the top and base, precise thermostatic control, rapid heat-up to a maximum 400°C, and a 20-minute audible timer.
Running off a 13amp power supply, it can be sited on a countertop or fitted to an optional floor stand.
