Wiltshire-based Highgrove Food Distribution is extending its Fine Food range and introducing speciality own-branded fats.
Building on the success of its goose fat, Highgrove beef dripping and duck fat are designed to offer extra choice.
The beef dripping is sourced direct from Scotland, and the duck fat comes from the Silver Hill family farm in Ireland.
