Nisbets acquires service business UK Engineers

Catering equipment supplier Nisbets has announced its acquisition of UK Engineers

UK Engineers is a nationwide provider with over 25 years' experience in connecting independent, qualified engineers with professional customers to service heavy equipment in the catering and hospitality sector. Its technology platform supports a network of 500 dedicated contractors, providing full UK coverage for heavy equipment sales both within and beyond warranty.

The company will continue to trade as a separate entity under its existing management team led by its managing director, Paul Holloway, who said: "We are excited to have the backing of such a significant and respected organisation. Our team is extremely positive about UK Engineers' future as part of Nisbets. Whilst it will be ‘business as usual' for our customers, staff, and contractors, Nisbets' scale and infrastructure will allow UK Engineers to grow substantially. We have already identified several very exciting projects to collaborate on and look forward to the future with great confidence."
