Italian manufacturer and designer Pinti Inox has expanded its cutlery ranges to include chopsticks. The Hive chopsticks have a handle made of ABS plastic, available in matte black, white or merlot, and Sushi Pro chopsticks are available in matt black, white or blue, with a cutlery rest now included in the range.

Carpigiani UK has released the Ice-O-Matic UCG Series, a range of space-saving undercounter machines that deliver crystal-clear, slow-melting ‘Gourmet' or ‘Bistrot' ice cubes. The UCG045 produces 25kg of ice in 24 hours, and the UCG165 turns out 73kg per day from a 40kg bin.

Tarquin's new Japanese-inspired yuzu and lime gin is made in small batches in copper pot stills. The gin has notes of wild pomelo, cherry blossom and candied lime, with flavours of yuzu, orange blossom and juniper.

Upbeat Spirits, a new independent drinks company based in Cornwall, has launched 8Track rum (ABV 37.5%). The spirit is made from fine Guyana and smooth eight-year-old Barbados rums, infused with sustainably sourced Seville oranges, vanilla, cloves, ginger and cinnamon.

Female-founded Montanya's craft rum, created in its B-Corp-certified rum distillery in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, is produced with plastic-neutral certification in a wind-powered distillery. Water used in the spirit is collected from a snowmelt-fed aquifer directly underneath the distillery.
