New products: Cobra 0%, Utopia gold cutlery and Winterhalter's dishwasher
Williams Refrigeration's Chef's Drawer range includes variable-temperature models that can be switched from operating as a refrigerator to a freezer. Because the 670mm-deep body ventilates through the front and has a side-mounted refrigeration system, it fits easily into the standard 700mm-deep worktop. The Chef's Drawer range is made from stainless steel throughout, is able to cope with ambient temperatures as high as 43°C and also accepts 2/1 gastronorm pans.

Cobra has released a new 0% alcohol beer, Cobra Zero, brewed in the Netherlands. The beer has a barley, malt and hop base, reduced carbonation and a delicate, malty taste with sweet citrus flavours.

Vitamix has launched a reduced-noise blender, the Touch & Go Advance, exclusively available in the UK through Jestic Foodservice Equipment. The blender's 2.3 horsepower motor can blend frozen drinks with ease. It comes with a stackable 0.9-litre high-impact container for faster, smoother pouring, and a longer blade life that offers time and cost savings.
Utopia has expanded its Manhattan range to offer a gold-coloured version. Made from highly polished stainless steel with a gold PVD (physical vapour deposition) coating, it offers glamour and durability, and is dishwasher-safe. It comes in boxes of 12, including a knife, fork, dessertspoon and teaspoon.

The Winterhalter PT500 passthrough dishwasher combines quality build and performance with a budget price, and is designed to appeal to public sector buyers. It offers three programmes – short (for low soiling), standard and intensive – and simple controls. Features such as the self-cleaning programme and self-diagnostics (for example, it will issue a warning if the rinse aid needs topping up) make life easier for staff.

Wexiödisk has expanded its glasswasher portfolio with four glassware-specific hood-type models. The WD-6 Glass, the WD-6 Duplus Glass, the WD-7 Glass and the WD-7 Duplus Glass all tilt the wash basket during the final rinse cycle to allow water to run off the outside surface of each glass. The four follow in the tilting basket footsteps of the (hoodless) WD-4S Glass.
