Williams Refrigeration's Chef's Drawer range includes variable-temperature models that can be switched from operating as a refrigerator to a freezer. The Chef's Drawer range is made from stainless steel throughout, is able to cope with ambient temperatures as high as 43°C and also accepts 2/1 gastronorm pans.
