New product: Galetti knives

Flint & Flame has released a range of Galetti knife collections manufactured in partnership with BBC MasterChef judge Monica Galetti. The five-piece set consists of a 6" and 8" Santoku knives, a 3.5" paring knife and a 9" carving knife and fork. The Santoku knives are known for their precision, balance and control and the dimples in the blade help release food after slicing.
