Multi-zone induction hob from Exclusive Ranges

The newest induction hob from Exclusive Ranges can be ordered with one, two or four zones without any change in the unit dimensions of 400mm (W) x 400mm (D) x 200mm (H).

The one-zone, 6kW unit is designed for cooking large quantities with one pan (up to 32cm) at high-power levels such as flash-frying.

The 7kW multifunction hob option has two zones that will accept up to four 16cm saucepans or a 38cm cookpot.

The 9kW full-coverage hob is designed for cooking with several small pans, taking up to four 20cm saucepans or one 40cm cookpot, and offers even heat distribution over a large area and precise energy metering.

The units all have central two-zone or full-coverage pot detection with temperature monitoring. Common features include multi-segment digital display, extra-strong ceramic glass, removable grease filters and height-adjustable feet.
