Mini Nieco broiler from Equip Line

Low-volume restaurants, kiosks and snack bars are the target for the new Nieco N10 broiler, which will allow them to produce popular char-broiled flavours in a unit the size of a microwave oven.
Able to handle menu items such as steak, chicken, hamburgers and seafood, the Nieco N10 cooks both sides simultaneously and can deliver ¼lb hamburgers from frozen in 4-6 minutes and steaks, tuna, and chicken fillets in even less time. The unit is easy to clean and operate. All the caterer has to do is set the time and upper and lower temperatures. The list price is £6,995. Optional extras include a hotdog grill and cheese melter.
