Meat newcomers at Brakes

Steaks, beef topside and lamb burgers are among the new meats to join the Brakes catalogue this season.
British Sirloin Steak is bulk-packed, cut to a thickness of 20mm and sold in 4.25kg packs of 25 steaks, while the Imported Rump Steak is supplied in 25 x 170g quantities.
Beef Topside is an imported roasting meat rolled with added fat to increase the flavour and succulence and sold in 2.54.5kg packs.
Suitable for the barbecue season are Homestyle Lamb and Mint Burgers, which are made from coarse-cut 98% lamb with a mint seasoning. They can be transformed into cheeseburgers using Brakes new 500g, 25-slice packs of pre-cut cheeses available in Mature Cheddar, Mild Cheddar and Reduced Fat options.
