Mark Cooke joins Synergy Grill

Mark Cooke has been announced as the new national business development manager for Cambridge-based Synergy Grill.

Joining from Gram UK, Cooke brings over 20 years of industry experience to the team having gained extensive experience in the catering industry as a chef, chef tutor and in various sales roles in fine food supply, food production and prime cooking and refrigeration equipment, which includes five years at Gram UK and eight years with Lincat.

His new role will be focused on building Synergy Grill's existing distributor network in the North, Scotland and Ireland, along with developing business opportunities with the wider dealer network.

Speaking on his appointment, Cooke commented: "I'm delighted to be joining the team and excited about sharing the benefits and potential of the Synergy Grill, which offers genuine added value to distributors to offer to their clients. I'm looking forward to contributing to the company's future growth plans."
