Lynx Purchasing Casual Dining Report available at Casual Dining Show 2014

Lynx Purchasing has announced the launch of its Casual Dining Report timed for release at the Casual Dining Show taking place at the Business Design Centre in London on 26 and 27 February.

The new report brings together data from a wide range of sources and includes information on issues such as food waste and consumers' expectations of healthier choices on menus.

John Pinder, managing director of Lynx Purchasing, said: "From official ONS and Treasury figures to specialist research by industry analysts, there is more data available to operators than ever before. However, the casual dining market is so dynamic, it can be a challenge to keep up.

"With the Casual Dining Report, we've created a snapshot of the latest trends in a user-friendly graphic format. The report will be an invaluable tool for operators as they work their way around the show and talk to the many different suppliers hoping to win their business.

"It's a direct extension of the way we work with our customers, matching their needs to the wide range of suppliers in the market, and making recommendations which support their business on a free, no-contract, no obligation basis."

Visitors can collect their free copy of the Lynx Purchasing Casual Dining Report from the Lynx Purchasing stand U526 at the Casual Dining Show.
