Lunch! named Best Trade Show at Exhibition News Awards 2014

Diversified Communications' Lunch! show servicing the UK's £14.9b lunchtime market has been awarded the accolade of Best Trade Show at the annual Exhibition News Awards ceremony.

In a category including shows such as Speciality & Fine Food Fair, The Toy Fair, the London Vet Show and 100% Design, Lunch! has won a number of awards and, in 2013 a record attendance of 5,929 professionals visitors through its doors.

Chris Brazier, the show's group event manager, commented: "We are thrilled to have won Best Trade Show for Lunch! 2013.

"It is such an honour for the whole Diversified team particularly when you consider the competition within this category. One of the show's real strengths has always been its niche, boutique appeal, so for it to win against such established, and much bigger events really is an enormous achievement and a real recognition of the impact that lunch! has made within the industry."

Grace Allwright, marketing manager for Lunch! said: "Huge thanks must go to our show partners, exhibitors and visitors for their fantastic support in helping to make lunch! the wonderful success it is."

The 2014 Lunch! Show held on 23-24 September at the London Design Centre, Islington is now 95% sold to exhibitors and includes debut stands from Unilever Tea Fusion, Manitowoc Foodservice, Bfree Foods, City Pantry, Little Cherry, The Protein Ice Cream Company and Beanworks and Metcalfe's Food Company are all busy preparing to make their Lunch! debut.
