Low-salt bread from Bagatelle

New from Bagatelle is Mariner's Bread, which has a salt content of less than 0.4g per 100g and is free from additives. The 400g loaf is a "pain brié", a bread traditionally made in Normandy since the 16th century and recognisable by its tight white crumb and smooth golden crust. It's made from a 120-year-old family recipe using flour originating in the Beauce region of France and the salted butter of Isigny Sainte-Mère.

Price: £1.26 to £1.80 according to volume
