Local whitebait from Paramount 21

Devon-based seafood and vegetarian specialist Paramount 21 has added locally caught whitebait fillets to its range of seafood starters. The West Country Whitebait Fillets, which are derived from sustainable sources, are coated in crispy crumb and can be cooked from frozen in three minutes in oil preheated to 180°C. They are sold in packs of 10 x 500g and join an existing line-up that includes whole coated whitebait and Cornish sardines.
