Lobsters and seasonal fish from M&J

Live hard-shell lobsters at £6.99 a piece are among the range of fresh fish and seafood products available from M&J Seafood, along with seasonal plaice and halibut. The hard-shelled lobsters are better quality and less waterlogged than their soft-shell relatives and are delivered the following day on all orders made by 1pm.
The season for wild Canadian halibut starts this month, and the creamy-white fish (which is best poached) is sold in two suprÁªme sizes of 140-170g and 170200g at £3.25 and £3.80 respectively.
