Whole Cooked Lobster and Raw Lobster Tails are two new lobster products being introduced by Lyons Seafoods under the new Cozy Harbor brand which aims to bring an aspirational food product into the price range of everyday consumers. Sourced from sustainable beds in the North West Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Maine, the lobsters offer a consistent size and quality. The Whole Cooked Lobster is available in packs of 12 x 440g (net weight), while the Raw Lobster Tails come in 4.5kg net weight packs, which contain about 40 tails per case (tails about 3.5-4.8oz each).
