Lékué Decopen is a 21st-century replacement for old-fashioned piping bags and dispensing plastic bottles that will allow chefs to decorate hot or cold dishes with sweet or savoury sauces with ease. It is made from a safe, high-quality platinum silicone material that can tolerate temperatures from -60°C to +260°C, allowing the chef to pop it into the oven or microwave to warm up the sauce, or into the fridge for cold dishes. The decorating system, which costs around £11.25, is available in the three colour options of brown, orange and green.
