International wines from Harvey-Miller
Following the UK launch of the nut liqueur Pisa, Harvey-Miller Wine & Spirit Agencies has launched a portfolio of international wine brands into the UK market.
Portuguese Lancers Ros‚ (10% abv) has a pink colour with tint of orange, while the Periquita 2005 (13.4% abv) and Periquita Classico 2001 (14% abv) are medium- and long-palate dark ruby reds.
The Rioja Crianza 2003 (13.5%) from Spain is described as being "wonderfully balanced, with red berry and cherry flavours", while the Chilean Tradition 2005 range includes the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay plus Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, CarmenÅ re and Shiraz.
Completing the portfolio is the New Zealand Te Kairanga, including a Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
