Improved Pro and Plus combi ovens from Hobart
Some of the unique operational features on Hobart's improved Pro and Plus Combination Ovens were developed from customer feedback and aim to provide better usability and navigation, supreme cooking results and a host of energy saving and environmental features.
The oven is built to be 91% recyclable, uses a single 100% biodegradable cleaning product and includes an innovative humidity control to keep steam production to a minimum, offering a 40% saving on water consumption.
A fast cleaning system offers a further saving, using 60% less water. There are six models in the range comprising six, 10 and 20 gastronorm options on both the Combination Plus and Pro Series.
The Pro Series models allow caterers to programme an unlimited number of recipes via USB in seconds via the intuitive touch control. The USB connection can also be used to download HACCP and energy usage data.
With multi-level cooking and two core temperature probes, two recipes can be simultaneously produced in the double cavity design and, with safety in mind, the ovens have a cool-to-touch door to reduce the risk of injury.
