Hot Water Machine from Hobart

Hot Water Machine from Hobart

Water temperature is key to the perfect tea or coffee. If it is too cool, tea will not infuse correctly, and if it is too hot, it will scald the coffee and make it bitter.

The new Hobart Hot Tap will fit on to most counters and worktops to deliver water at a constant 9ºC, the optimum temperature for both tea and coffee.

The two models, which both work off a single-phase electricity source, offer outputs from 31.5 litres to 73 litres per hour, initial draw-off capacities of 11 or 12.5 litres, and initial heat-up times of between 16 and 31 minutes.

The taps, which are 268mm wide and 365mm deep, incorporate a hot-water-ready light, drip tray, level probe and temperature sensor fault indicator.
