Hoshizaki Gram UK scoops kitchen innovation gold award
Hoshizaki Gram UK has scooped the gold award at the Commercial Kitchen Show's innovation challenge.
Exhibiting at the inaugural Commercial Kitchen Show at the NEC in Birmingham on 7-8 June, Gram UK entered its generation 5 SUPERIORPLUS 72 refrigerator in the show's innovation challenge, which featured alongside 20 other competitors.
Judges commented that the model was "a timely and sustainable product with high green credentials".
Hoshizaki Gram's commercial director, Paul Anderson, said: "Being recognised as a gold award winner for such an innovative product was a genuine delight. The SUPERIORPLUS 72 stands as one of the most advanced appliances in the market today and it's great to be rewarded and recognised for that by such a strong group of judges."
