Green Miya coffee from Coffee Select

Southampton-based Miya Coffee says its Arabica-bean product is the greenest in the world. Not only is it the first to be 100% Fairtrade and organic, it has also offset all the carbon emissions arising from its 7,000-mile journey from Colombia's Popayan region to the UK (via Rotterdam) for roasting and packaging (beneficiaries include the rainforests of Uganda).

It is distributed in the UK by Hampshire-based Coffee Select, which also offsets the carbon emissions from its delivery vans.

There are three formats - espresso coffee (sold in packs of 12 x 500g), Swiss water-processed decaffeinated coffees (500g), and filter coffee (cases of 50 x 60g).

Marketing support includes swing signs, window stickers, menu cards, loyalty cards, and hopper stickers.
