Details Made to an authentic French recipe, the rich and creamy gratin makes an alternative to chips in meat and fish dishes. Each potato slice is individually coated in sauce and then quick-frozen to ensure a perfect sauce-to-potato ratio. The required amount of frozen product is poured into a baking tray and baked until golden-brown on top.
