Top Gourmet boards from the USA are made from Richlite, a wood fibre composite laminate derived from sustainably managed forests. This provides a versatile surface that is non-porous, knife-friendly, temperature-resistant up to 176°C and dishwasher-safe.
The boards are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses (from ¼in to ½in), in natural wood or black. The Gourmet series include a thick juice channel on one side to drain seepings of joints and fruits.
