Gelato Gusto expands into wholesale

Gelato Gusto, the two-year-old gelato parlour in Brighton, is offering tubs of ice-cream for wholesale and event catering. It has already provided its ice-cream to Brighton businesses including the Grand hotel, the Creperie and Beach Hut Sweets.

Its top-selling flavours including Equadorian dark chocolate, sea salt caramel, mint choc chip, wild cherry, coconut, toffee popcorn, lemon sorbetto and pear and Parmesan.

With a minimum order of 12 tubs of each flavour, priced at £1.25 for a 110ml tub, Gelato Gusto hopes to appeal to businesses wishing to trial product and gauge consumer response before committing to larger orders.

Gelato Gusto will be popping up at music festivals this summer including Live Nation's Clapham Calling on 28-29 June and Pearl Jam and the Electric Daisy Carnival at MK Bowl on 11-13 July.
