Two robust and modular gas ranges - the four-burner SLR6 and the six-burner SLR9 - form part of Lincat's light- to medium-duty Silverlink 600 cooking line, with prices ranging from £1,378 to £1,519. For caterers after heavier-duty equipment, Lincat offers the Opus 700 collection, which includes four- and six-burner gas oven ranges, two dual-fuel oven ranges, and a gas solid-top range. Prices range from £2,098 for the four-burner OG7001 with gas oven to £2,990 for the six-burner dual-fuel OD7007.
The LMR9 six-burner gas range spans the gap between the Silverlink 600 and Opus 700 lines. Priced at £1,823, it incorporates a fully-sealed dished hob to prevent spills gunging up internal components and can be fitted with legs or castors.
As costly legislation regarding the ventilation of gas appliances has made electric alternatives more popular, Lincat provides three all-electric ranges, which include the new Silverlink 600 ESLR9C - a £1,483 range that includes six powerful hotplates and a twin fan-assisted oven - and two heavy-duty models from the Opus 700 stable - the £2,845 four-plate OE7010 and the £3,492 six-plate OE7008.
