Details This addition to Garland's GF Restaurant Range of gas ovens combines six open-top burners with a 26in oven in a 36in-wide stainless-steel cabinet.
Burner ratings 33,000 BTU cast-iron Startfire-Pro burners; 38,000 BTU cast-iron oven burner.
Configurations The hob is also available as a modular top without the oven. Variations include a 12in griddle with four burners, a 24in griddle with two burners or a 36in griddle - all with or without an oven.
